Base Maintenance Engineering Training Coordinator (Prestwick)

Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to be located at our offices in Glasgow Prestwick, UK within the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, you will be responsible for maintaining Ryanair's records management system for 3000+ staff. The person will be responsible for ensuring the Training department:

• Maintain staff data for all engineering personnel
• Maintain training records for all staff and ensuring no expiries appear
• Monitor, track and communicate training due and expired through reporting with department managers
• Manage and maintain an annual training tracker for scheduling and enrolment
• Ensuring staff contracted by external companies are tracked and monitored
• Responsible for maintaining the helpdesk and ensuring all tickets are dealt with in a satisfactory manner
• All other duties where required by the management team
