Bids / Proposals Executive

We are delighted to be supporting a leading Scottish legal firm on a new Bids/Proposals Executive position for the team. Joining a firm with a fantastic reputation, you'll be part of a talented Proposals team that works closely with the wider BD and Marketing department.

With exposure of working across all business of sector areas, there's naturally an amazing opportunity to learn here which offers variety not seen in other Bid roles.

This is a full-time, permanent role and can be based from Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen office - looking at a minimum of 1-day on-site.

We're able to look at different levels of experience here - from 1-2 years under your belt to more established Executives looking to progress further with their career

We're looking for...

• Either a year or 2 under your belt or you'll be a more established Executive
• Comfortable working in a deadline driven role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
• Great stakeholder management experience - able to manage expectations

You will be...

• Supporting the firm's response to competitive tenders
• Liaising and working closely with Lawyers and subject matter experts
• Ensuring content libraries are kept up to date
• Managing the Bids inbox and client portals
• Organising kick-off meetings, pitch debriefs and completing questionnaires
• Working closely with wider BD & Marketing department
