Billing Specialist FTC Until Dec 2025

I'm delighted to be working alongside a well-established business based a 5-minute walk away from the Glasgow Central Station. This full-time role is offered on a hybrid working basis with one day per week in the office and the remaining four days being done from home.

Reporting to the Billing Team Leader, you will be responsible for day-to-day billing activities and identifying/resolving potential operational issues that could prevent the delivery of billing operations on a day-to-day basis.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring billing is processed and delivered accurately,
• Developing a close working relationship with external and internal stakeholders,
• Ensuring credit note requests are processed accurately,
• Investigating queries when required,
• Update billing reports as required by the Billing Team Leader.

This is a long-term Fixed Term Contract going until December 2025. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to continue to develop their Billings experience and work with a terrific team/organisation.
