This is an opportunity to make a big impact on the efficiency of how major infrastructure projects are planned and delivered while helping our clients achieve their Net Zero vision, through use of BIM, information management and digital technologies.

We work holistically with our wider business to provide an environment for innovation and deliver success on projects where BIM is core to the delivery and operation of assets. You will have a diverse role, either client facing or internal, to drive the BIM process at organisational, programme and project level through:

  • Discovery and understanding

  • Client adoption strategy and strategic project setup

  • Project and programme BIM execution planning

  • BIM implementation, information management and supply chain management

  • BIM compliance checking and data verification


  • Our specialist staff work globally, using cutting edge tools and techniques to deliver the vision of the world's best clients., The role of BIM Manager/Senior Consultant in our Infrastructure business has a diverse range of responsibilities, reflecting the diversity of our clients and projects:
  • Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategy to meet those requirements

  • Author key BIM documentation and workflows aligned to industry best practice standards

  • Manage the roll out and implementation of BIM within a client organisation, across a programme of works and at project level

  • Manage the communication of BIM strategy, documentation & workflows to stakeholders

  • Input into digital risk identification and mitigation

  • Interface with clients, design teams and contractors implementing BIM methodologies and best practice from strategy level through to project delivery

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings & workshops

  • Conduct assurance reviews and clash detection of design models

  • Analyse project data against requirements

  • Consideration of People, Process, Technology to ensure a holistic approach to digital delivery and BIM across programmes, projects, and organisations

  • Apply rigorous quality procedures for management of version control and audit trail

  • Build client relationships and reinforce credibility as a BIM subject matter expert to identify opportunities where T&T can assist

  • Research and evaluate the potential application of new and emerging technologies

  • Able to work alone or in high performance teams

  • Support others and providing training on use of digital technologies

  • Maintain awareness of key industry trends; interpret and report to the wider team

  • Input into and, if applicable, lead business generation activity (bid qualifications and proposals
