Full Job Description

This Glasgow based studio is famous for its specialising in low energy, cost effective and high quality desgins.

They have a talented team of Architects and Technologists, and boast a very enviable staff retention rate in their business.


The Role

Is for a Building Information Manager to work alongside their current team to facilitate their BIM delivery across the business.

The role with have 3 main functions:

  • The look at the current Standards. Provide quality control for company standards, and create/maintain the software template files.
  • Management of BIM related software and technologies. Renew existing BIM accreditation's and run an internal BIM working group.
  • Support in terms of a troubleshooting service, project reviews and monitor performance of BIM standards.



Requirements

  • Ability to use Navisworks / Solibri software accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrable experience in BIM Coordination and management
  • Understanding of BIM standards - ISO19650
  • Ideally have an understanding and demonstrable delivery of COBie data
