Full Job Description

  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Performing bank reconcilliations
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Preparing Management Accounts
  • Preparing cash flows
  • Undertaking client software set-ups for clients wishing to undertake their own bookkeeping on Xero
  • Training clients on Xero

    Willing to Learn: Whether you are coming from a bookkeeping background or you have no prior experience in this role, you will be eager to learn as we provide extensive training to anyone joining the team. A knowledge of bookkeeping software such as Quickbooks and Dext would be helpful.
  • Skilled in numeracy and communication: You'll have good numerical skills and excellent communication skills. You'll find it natural to talk to clients over the phone and over email or Microsoft Teams. Collaborative: You'll be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to share knowledge, support colleagues and be happy to work as part of a team to tight deadlines. Adaptable: You'll be comfortable with change and excited by the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are open to new ideas and continuously seek ways to improve.
