Are you an experienced Bookkeeper on the lookout for your next exciting opportunity? Our client, located in North Lanarkshire, is eager to welcome a skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to their expanding team. You will collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth and efficient service for the company's clients, playing a vital role in the overall success of the business.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, Flexible

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records up to trial balance
- Conducting bank analyses and reconciliations
- Managing journal entries
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Processing payroll and pensions
- Handling CIS preparation and reporting

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year's bookkeeping and payroll experience, preferably in a practice setting
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as Sage or Xero
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
