Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent contract.

Payroll experience is essential for this role!

Duties:

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Managing AP / supplier payments
Payroll (weekly and monthly)
Oversee AR (including invoicing and Credit Control)
Monthly journals and month - end processes
Bank reconciliations
Assisting with quarterly VAT preparation
Start to finish Payroll
Supporting the annual preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and the audit process.

Interviews will be held next week.
