Job Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch including driving sales, managing and developing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with proven management experience and a track record of meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, ensuring that they meet performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensuring all inbound sales opportunities are followed up in a timely manner.
- Lead by example in driving sales performance for the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure the branch complies with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Develop and manage the branch budget, controlling expenses to maximise profitability.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in staff supervision, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
- Proficient in using business management software and tools.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A valid driver's license is required.
