Full Job Description

Job Description: Build Lead Roles and Responsibilities Role Description Responsible for taking ownership, allocating duties and actively participating in activities to ensure safe, high quality production output and excellent teamwork. You will be required to monitor and report on attendance, timekeeping, holiday tracking and operational production targets. Core Responsibilities

  • Escalation point for build issues/areas, including liaising with wider teams to support resolution (see high priority incident management process)
  • Demand and capacity planning, including absence management, Planning of cover for holidays/other planned absence for the team
  • Conduct regular Team Meetings
  • Allocate workload to meet client/business requirements i.e. to meet agreed service levels and project demand
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders (DXC and Account Teams)
  • Work with Technical Leads and Projects to plan demand quality and training (flow downs)
  • Collate statistics and present at meetings when required
  • Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, legality and safety of work environment
  • Meet daily production targets
  • Learning and development of team, ensure no single points of failure
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct 1-2-1s as per guidelines
  • Provide guidance and mentoring
  • Demand / Queue Management/ SLA
  • Support projects inc. UAT
