Requirements

You will have Construction Health and Safety Awareness Qualifications and NC in Construction Management or equivalent SVQ's.

Responsibilities

You will represent the Head of Design and Property on all major Projects, emanating from the Division, to ensure compliance with design specifications, and quality and control of material and workmanship standards.

The Individual

You will have experience as a Building Clerk of Works or Site Agent on both major and minor projects from inception to completion. You will have knowledge of: Health and Safety legislation, including CDM, asbestos awareness, quality checklists and environmentally good practice on site. You will be a good communicator and team player, with the ability to provide problem solving advice, to interpret drawings and specifications, act with authority and discretion and be competent in Microsoft365 suite of applications. You will be flexible and willing to work authorised overtime, a current driving licence is also essential.
