Building Surveyor (Stock Condition Project)

Your new company
Our client, a Building Surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, are looking to add an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (with EPC Accreditation) on a freelance basis for an initial 6/8 week contract.
Your new role
You will be assisting in the delivery of 180 condition surveys and 100 EPCs across a residential portfolio in the North of Glasgow, completing a mixture of internal, external, block surveys.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Stock Condition/Building Surveyor with a track record within residential condition surveys and EPCS. You will also be EPC accredited, either via Elmhurst or other.
What you'll get in return
Rates per survey as follows, via Limited Company:
Flat = 18 per Survey | House = 21 per Survey | Block = 25 per Survey | EPC = 32
