We are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor for our Housing Property and Asset team. We are seeking an individual who enjoys a challenge and can work collaboratively within a dynamic team. The postholder will carry out the role with credibility and professionalism at all times.
As well as technical competence, we are looking for someone with the ability to think laterally, who possesses exemplary communication skills, has strong customer care awareness, and who will provide a first class service to our clients.
We are looking for a motivated and sharp minded Building Surveyor who has the ability to deliver and manage projects to our agreed timescales.
You will require a;
Full driving licence
Building Surveyor - Professional Membership of RICS Building maintenance experience & delivery of construction projects/property construction.
