Full Job Description
- Managing the relationship with the Shared Service Centre and delivering on the Hospital's obligations of Service Level Agreements
- Managing the co-ordination and resolution of queries arising from business processes
- Management of Business Administration
- Manage Financial Administration
- Data Quality Management
- Governance
- KPI outcomes
- Manage the non-clinical hospital teams' compliance towards Nuffield Health Standard Operating Procedures
- Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that hospital administrative processes are followed, and that data quality is maintained
- Supporting Senior Management Team in financial analysis and reporting
- Provide ongoing support and training to line managers and their teams around hospital administrative processes
The ability to develop good relationships - The ability to work collaboratively and influence peers

- Experience working in a busy customer facing business support function
- Persistence, resilience and determination
- Flexibility
- Have excellent IT Skills (Outlook/Excel/Word)
- Higher Education Standard; Math's - English (or) Degree is desirable
- Financial membership and such accreditations is desirable
- Working knowledge of finance / billing & utilisation of Excel
- Proficient use of Patient Administration Systems: PIMS / TrakCare is desirable but not essential.
