Full Job Description

You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, assessing the impact of changes, investigating options, and developing and recommending effective solutions to support business change delivery.,

  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders to capture detailed requirements. Use tools like user stories, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices to document and track requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights. Create "as-is" and "to-be" process models to visualize changes.
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory changes, assessing the wider impact on business procedures and in designing business solutions to ensure compliance with externally driven
  • Support business acceptance testing activities, ensuring that Testing Strategy/Plans are fit for purpose and providing a central escalation point for any queries and issues arising from the Testing Team.

    Understand the financial services industry, ideally L&P but wider FS acceptable.
  • Strong Business Analyst experience (2yrs + in the role/industry)
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Are proficient in a wide range of information/data presentation techniques
  • Have a good understanding of project methodologies and approaches
  • Possess a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Have the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

    Salary: From £35029-£43787, 33 days including Bank Holidays
