Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements to support key banking initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify solutions that improve processes and systems.
• Conduct data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with development teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in regulatory and compliance requirements to maintain industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial systems, regulations, and banking processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
