Your new role

As a Business Analyst (ERP), you will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and provide insights to enhance system functionality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Providing training and support to end-users.
• Ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
