If so, we have an exciting opportunity with a leading supplier of undercarriage parts and ground-engaging tools., We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join a growing team at a leading construction equipment parts supplier. In this role, you'll be responsible for following up on quotes, engaging with both new and existing customers, and identifying growth opportunities across the UK. You'll work closely with the inside sales team, following up on marketing campaigns and expanding our customer base in a fast-paced environment.,

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing, lapsed, and potential customers, introducing a wide range of undercarriage parts and ground-engaging tools.
  • Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and engage customers to build strong relationships.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accuracy in customer data, including product needs and equipment details.
  • Drive new business development by identifying growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling relevant products to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and maximise opportunities from customer quotes.

    Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction or heavy equipment sector.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, driving sales success.
  • Strong communication and phone-based selling skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
