Business Development Executive – B2B Lead Generation
Cumbernauld – Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Salary – Basic £26,000 - £28,000 with OTE of £40,000

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with Aspen Solutions in recruiting a Lead Generator to join their established Sales Team.  As a leading IT support provider, offering a comprehensive range of services and solutions, they are looking for a candidate who is excited by the opportunity to bring in clients who will really benefit from Aspen’s amazing offerings.

We are seeking a self-starter with a hunger to succeed to become a Lead Generation Specialist, who will source and qualify leads to be booked in with the Business Development Manager. In this role you will inherit their database of potential clients as well as software needed to assist in finding new clients. You will be supported by a multi-disciplined, highly experienced team to work collaboratively with at every stage.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and managing your own pipeline, always ensuring both short and long terms leads
  • Engaging potential leads through cold calling, social media, email campaigns and other channels – always using tailored messaging
  • Maintaining a clean and accurate CRM database, with regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals, lead quality and conversion tactics
  • Assisting in the development of marketing collateral like email templates, call scripts, and other materials to improve the lead generation process.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Excellent written and communication skills, with professional telephone manner and customer centric skills
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar New Business/Lead Generation role
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment, not only asking for support when needed but assisting the team when required
  • A flexible approach to your working day, always managing tasks in a timely manner
  • A tenacious and determined approach to sales
