Full Job Description

Joselad Ltd is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join its team and help the firm expand its clientele.
Duties of the Post:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand Joselad Ltd's client base.

  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, products, and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to generate new business leads and opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for growth and business improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and Senior Management team to align business development strategies with company goals.

  • Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals that are beneficial to the company's growth and profitability.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that business development activities are aligned with marketing initiatives.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company's services and build a strong professional network.

    The ideal candidate is expected to have proven working experience as a business development manager. A good experience in the accounting world. A solid communicating and negotiating skills. An understanding of business is also important along with the ability to communicate effectively with other members of staff., o A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • o Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business development (e.g., CIM, ISMM) are advantageous.

  • Experience:

  • o At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
    o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    o Experience in contract negotiation and closing business deals.

  • Skills:

  • o Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills.
    o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    o Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
    o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    o Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    o Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle challenges in a dynamic business environment.
