Reed are currently recruiting for an Business Development Representative for one of our Edinburgh based clients, a leading software company. You will be responsible for targeting business in an already lucrative region.

A typical day will include:

* Make a large volume of outbound calls and emails to all current customers and partners to keep them up to date.
* You will reach out to customers who have moved away from the package for feedback.
* You will partner with Senior Account Manager/Team Lead with the business to manage large customers.
* Provide superior customer service at all times.
* Maintain accurate customer records, activity and pipeline reports within SalesForce.
* Identify upsell opportunities.
* You will provide timely and accurate business forecasts based on your monthly & quarterly achievement.
* Build and maintain a consistent and reliable relationships with all customers and partners.
* You will receive cold leads from marketing activities.
