You'll design dynamic and interactive lessons using a variety of innovative teaching methods, ensuring that learners stay motivated, supported, and on track throughout their studies. Your role will be key in providing high-quality education that equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to excel in their careers; while ensuring they meet the requirements of their qualifications. You will also take responsibility for tracking student attendance, progress, and engagement, providing timely interventions to support learners who may need additional help. Your focus will be on creating a personalised learning experience that builds students' confidence and helps them develop the skills they need to succeed in future employment or further education. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced educator to join a dynamic team, shaping the next generation of careers guidance professionals, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home in a supportive and collaborative teaching environment.
