Full Job Description
Will include but not limited to:
- Assisting the Business in many aspects.
- Working as a part of Business Support Team, using own initiative.
- Communicating well with Internal and External Contacts.
- Day to day administration.
- Maintaining Records.
- Keeping Documentation Up to Date.
- Creating Jobs Files.
- General Procurement Support.
- Any further ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Excellent Telephone Manner, Transferring Calls, Taking Messages etc. - Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining Records.
- Multitasker.
- Organised.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be a Team player.
