Business Support Administrator
Tollcross and Nelson Hall Community Centres

Salary: £25,322 - £27,727
Hours: 36 per week

The business support team provides a comprehensive and flexible business support service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to work as part of a team to deliver a wide range of business functions to support Adult Education and Lifelong Learning Services.

Key job activities include:

Develop customer relationships to maintain a high standard of service delivery, Handle sensitive and personal information in line with appropriate policies and guidelines. Provide reception, administrative, procurement and financial support for staff and customers following processes and using a variety of systems.

The successful applicant will be required to have good organisational skills, excellent IT skills, good communication skills and work well as part of a team along with the ability to work autonomously. The role is based in and any further information

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
