Salary: £22,053.46 - £23,294.46 pro rata per annum

Role Purpose

Business Support are on the lookout for a Business Support Assistant to provide support to a range of services across the organisation. This post will be based within our Regulatory Services Business Support Team, however may be required to work flexibly across teams to support the Business Needs.

Regulatory Services Business Support provide support to many teams across the organisation including: Planning and Building Standards, Environmental Health, Trading Standards and Animal Health. Day to Day tasks for this role include:
-General Office Admin Tasks (Dealing with mail, shared email mailboxes)
-Use of Bespoke Software for producing various legal documents in relation to the Building Standards Procedures
-Use of Bespoke Software to create and log cases for Environmental Health
-Dealing with enquiries from members of the public
- Working collaboratively with the team on different improvement projects
