Full Job Description

  • Working together to support the achievement of our commercial goals by delivering fantastic support to all areas of the business as required
  • Management of office environment and facilities
  • Assisting with project related paperwork and electronic documentation / record keeping including document control
  • Assisting with day-to-day administration from meeting and greeting clients, taking and actioning telephone and email enquiries and any other administrative tasks as necessary to support the team
  • Build relationships with clients and attend project handover / project co-ordination meetings with clients, their consultants, and Distribution Network Operator (DNO) and provide minute taking
  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for engineering teams
  • Taking ownership for the monitoring of all tasks on the action tracker
  • Producing reports, spreadsheets and presentations supporting our company-wide team
  • Contribute to the future success of Powersystems and clients
  • Uphold a professional image, contribute to Powersystems' success, and proactively improve services and efficiency.

    Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Great customer services skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly with a varied workload
  • Good IT skills, with experience of MS packages, databases and file sharing sites
  • A team player that is self-motivated, with a confident and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proven attention to detail and able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work within the UK without limitation

    Salary: £25-27k Dependent on qualifications and experience
