Full Job Description

To develop and streamline business process applications using state-of-the-art technology, focusing on enhancing the student experience. This role will work cross-college to understand business needs, develop user specifications, and implement solutions that are fit for purpose.
We are looking for someone to join our team supporting a range of in-house developed solutions and applications. As part of a key team, and reporting to the Director of Information Services, the Systems Developer will need to demonstrate prior experience of systems development across a variety of systems, including working with bespoke solutions and enhancing off-the-shelf commercial solutions. You will need excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for dealing with a variety of audiences, understanding their requirements and translating into appropriate technical approaches. Previous experience of one or more of our core enterprise systems will be a distinct advantage.
