Full Job Description
- The successful candidate will support customers with complex travel arrangements, using multiple technological platforms to save customers time and money and ensure travellers are supported throughout their journey.
- You will coordinate a fully comprehensive service including flights, accommodation, car hire, visa and travel restrictions support, and other land arrangements.
- You will build and maintain relationships with travel bookers through daily interaction by phone and email, as well as attending client meetings.
It is essential that you have worked as a Business Travel Consultant before and used Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre to a good standard - Marine experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
This is a hybrid role in Aberdeen working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday across a variety of shifts between 08.30pm and 6pm. The team are professional, friendly and welcoming.
