Full Job Description

During the training and imbedding period, you will be working full time at our Glasgow site for the first six months.

You will then have the option to enjoy hybrid working patterns of three days per week in the office.

Your Role

You will work with insurance brokers or direct customers across the UK by underwriting policies, education, and e-adoption strategies.

You will contribute to developing a team culture of pace and performance that is centred on enhancing the customer experience and generating financial results.

Highlighting any offshore quality issues, resolving, or escalating issues to ensure consistent standards and handoffs are delivered.

We provide the necessary training, so you have all the tools at your disposal.

You will have a genuine desire to help our customers. Along with the ability to listen and identify their needs, providing the best solutions using professionalism and empathy is key.

Your attitude and approach to customers are more important than your experience. However, a background in providing great customer service and showing an ability to think on your feet and operate with the customer in mind will put you in a great position to be successful with RSA.
