Camas comprises a core team consisting of both resident staff and volunteers during the guest season. The coordinator oversees the weekly program's planning, coordination, and administration and makes sure that all staff and guests are supported and integrated into Camas' common life. The Coordinator bears the additional duty of overseeing the execution of protocols to guarantee the preservation of elevated safety standards and the well-being of both employees and visitors. This is a developing position in a dynamic environment that calls for adaptability and continuous review of the job description. To boost the work, it is predicted that Camas' management structure will undergo a considerable transformation during this post. This process will involve the Camas Coordinator. This post is regulated work and as such is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and the post-holder will need to be or to become a member of Scotland s Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme.
