£7,118 - £7521 (10.75 Hours per week)
St John's RC Academy, Perth

We are looking to recruit a Campus Management Assistant to join our busy school/campus.  You will be line managed by the Campus Management Officer who reports directly to the Business Manager.

The post is one evening (Thursday) 4.30pm-9.00pm and a Saturday shift 8.45am-4.00pm.

Set at the top of Perth’s North Inch and overlooking the River Tay, St John's RC Academy is at the heart of the North Inch Community Campus. Our 2-18 all-through school provides education for over one thousand children and young people from nursery to S6. The campus is a hub of opportunities for the local community, utilising state of the art sports and cultural facilities, offering a wide range of services for all ages.

The Campus Management Assistant will contribute to improving our campus and school and support our vision, values and aims.

The Individual

As Campus Management Assistant, you will help to create a friendly, welcoming, caring and professional service at our reception area at North Inch Community Campus.  In addition, you will provide a clerical support function to support the wider School and Community Campus.      

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who work within a large team and can work independently in the evenings and weekends.

You will have excellent communication skills and you will be committed to promoting our values of fairness, achievement, respect and love through being an outstanding role model for others.
