What you'll do: Ensuring that our Practices are fully resourced and that they have the Locum cover they need is critical to our business. As a Candidate Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping Hiring Managers with queries, making sure that upcoming shifts are booked through our Locum management system, maintaining the recruitment/staffing database and ensuring that we are 100% compliant in our compliance administration. You'll also maintain accurate and up to date records and will be efficient in using our recruitment technology and tools. Using our Locum management system and social media frequently to market our brand and to connect with people outside of our organisation., As a Candidate Coordinator, you'll contribute towards the organisation's commitment to provide the best possible care to animals.
A positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience is important, and you'll use your great customer service skills to ensure this.,
