What we're looking for

Through our continued success here at Bluebird Care Aberdeenshire, our award-winning home care services are looking to grow our Home Care Team in Aberdeenshire. We're looking for Care Assistants to fulfil our customer's needs while being outstanding ambassadors of our brand.

We understand that everybody has their own life outside of work, and we want to accommodate that too. We have care staff going out to our customers between the hours of 7am and 10pm. We offer full-time and part-time hours as well as relief shifts, a variety of career development opportunities and a host of employee benefits (below). Shifts include [Weekdays: 7am-10pm, Weekends: 7am-10pm]. Other hours are available.

Domiciliary Care Assistant

Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

Supporting customers with all aspects of their personal care
Assisting customers with all aspects of medication
Assisting customers with all aspects of their meal preparation
Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
Supporting customers with home management
Helping in the promotion of a customer's mental and physical activities
To document and report all relevant customer information
Supporting customers and their families with health and social care needs
To become a Care Assistant, you need

· Right to work in the UK

· Excellent level of English

· Full and valid UK driving license
