Full Job Description

Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. No guarantee of hours at the moment - we are looking to build our team and get more care shifts in, and we are looking for staff who have flexibility to work 1 or 2 shifts a week, when required"., Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support individuals with mobility and transferring using safe moving and handling techniques.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their well-being and independence.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
Document and report any changes in residents' condition or behaviour to the relevant staff members.

Minimum of 6 months of paid care home experience in the UK.
Proficient in personal care tasks and moving and handling techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care., Disability Confident
