Your role as a Early Careers Development Partner is to support and enable Early Careers Development across the BBUK business, partnering internally with stakeholders including the HRBPs and business managers and their teams. Evaluate and analyse business needs, support development interventions through the design, coaching and facilitation of the learning agenda utilising and managing external procurement of delivery partners as required.What you'll be doing

  • Champion a learning culture with a strong focus on achieving the full potential of employees through a wide range of development interventions including core leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Act as a learning and development partner to evaluate and analyse the business needs and design and manage a creative, blended learning & development portfolio using the 70:20:10 principle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, challenging and advising on the most appropriate learning interventions by keeping up to date with best practice and new development theories, models and methods, including digital learning.
  • Work collaboratively across the wider talent and development agenda; contributing to and owning projects as needed to deliver an integrated agenda that enables business goals. (Includes early careers, professional development, organisational performance, culture and engagement)
  • Ensure strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion to ensure D&I is embedded and integrated into L&D plans and learning approach and programmes.
  • Research, produce and analyse L&D management information, creating measures of success, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our learning experiences and the impact on the business.
  • Contribute to the financial performance by bringing potential efficiency savings through reduced costs and or improved productivity and business development opportunities.
  • Support individuals through coaching and giving feedback on our emotional intelligence, insights, talent assessment and 360 tools.
  • Provide high quality customer service by responding to requests and queries and providing expert advice.
  • Organise and co-ordinate development events and programmes, working closely with HR Support Services to ensure the effectiveness of all end to end processes.

  • Microsoft suite including Power Point, Excel, Planner, Teams and Word
  • Various technologies and tools that support remote and blended learning environments.
  • Continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Knowledge of experiential learning cycle and Kirkpatrick evaluation model
  • Learning management software
  • Understanding of the rules around UK apprenticeship funding is desirable
  • Experience
  • Analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation of learning interventions
  • Learning and development role within a complex, multi-contracted diverse culture
  • Proven achievements of design, delivery and evaluation of a full range of learning portfolio
  • Experience of evaluation of learning and ROI
  • Presenting and adapting facilitation style to audiences (face to face, virtual and digital)
  • Training management and co-ordination
