Coatbridge North Lanarkshire

Full Time – Permanent

Salary £33,643.00 per annum

40 hours per week.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs / voids team. You will be working on individual ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for carrying out the following:

* Carpentry & Joinery
* General Maintenance
* Replacements & refurbishment work

What you need to have:

* Previous experience as a Joiner
* Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
* Extensive “on the job” experience
* Full driving licence
