Full Job Description

Responsibilities Process and manage constituent casework, acknowledging receipt of enquiries, gathering relevant information, and corresponding with government departments and agencies as required. Analyse patterns of enquiries and produce reports to inform ongoing work. Draft responses to constituents and ensure all cases are dealt with promptly, sensitively, confidentially, and in line with the MP's policies. Log and monitor all cases, ensuring that progress is tracked and actions are completed. Manage relationships with constituents, including handling sensitive cases with care and discretion. Ensure all records are kept confidentially and managed in accordance with data protection legislation. Follow up on social media queries and comments to provide timely responses. Assist with surgeries and other meetings, providing follow-up support as necessary., None specified
