CASHROOM ASSISTANT

Glasgow/Edinburgh
Full Time & Part Time Available

I am working alongside a well established legal firm in Edinburgh and Glasgow to fill several Cashroom Assistant roles!

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team that’s growing, whether you’re looking for a full-time role or a part-time position (21 hours a week), these positions offer flexibility and a chance to build your career in the legal field.

If you’re detail-oriented, love working in a collaborative setting, and have experience within a finance setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, reviewing, and entering invoices into the accounting system and checking for any discrepancies.
  • Tracking outstanding payments and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Processing payments.
  • Keeping accurate records of all transactions.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Ensuring data on the accounting system is accurate and up to date.
  • Handling financial queries to allow the smooth operation within the Legal team.
