Full Job Description

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for Cask Handlers to join our client in Rutherglen!

***Please Note - Applicants must have a valid FLT licence.***

Pay rate: 12.50 per hour

Cask Handler requirements:

  • Experienced in cask handling and manual handling
  • Familiar with drinks industry legislation and the health and safety requirements around cask handling
  • A valid FLT licence
  • Physically fit

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Safely moving the spirit within an established set of procedures
  • Supporting a range of activities on-site including filling, warehousing, disgorging, and empty cask handling
  • Ensuring targets are met in relation to quality, service, and cost
