An exciting opportunity has risen within Retail Services (the restaurants) at Ninewells hospital for a Catering Assistant to cover weekend shifts. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of Catering Service within the Hospital whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment.  Previous experience is desirable but full training will be provided. Hours of work are between 7am 3pm with enhancements paid for weekend work. There may be extra hours available through the week to cover holiday and sickness.

You must have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills. You must also be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and able to cope under pressure.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
