As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional food service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dynamic catering environment.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and addressing guests' needs throughout their dining experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas
• Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
• Set up and break down dining areas for various events and functions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Contribute to inventory management by reporting low stock levels and assisting with restocking
