Catering Services Manager

35 hours per week

Kilmarnock Campus

£53,872 per annum

The key focus of the role is to ensure that high quality and professional catering facilities are provided to College students, staff and visitors.


This will involve leading a multi-campus Catering Services Team in developing the departmental services, maintaining and developing systems, processes, and procedures to underpin the service delivery. You will support the Head of Facilities in developing a culture within the Catering Services Team which embeds the principles of health, safety and wellbeing and equality and diversity in the delivery of services to customers.


You will be customer focused with the ability to develop operational relationships and alliances with key partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally.


The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience within the catering and hospitality industry. Demonstrable knowledge of current legislative and statutory requirements is required, together with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with and lead the team.
