Full Job Description

Our talented front of house team lead the way when it comes to providing an excellent customer experience. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Catering Supervisor to join our busy team at Strathallan School, Forgandenny Perth, PH2 9EG.

You'll be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, supporting training as required, with a focus on ensuring the smooth running of service in a fast-paced environment.

A few things about you

We want you to bring your leadership skills, positive can-do attitude and your good knowledge for food allergens and hygiene standards with you when you join us. Don't forget your fantastic admin skills too!

You'll be a role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You'll assist with the daily event schedule for team members, the day to day running of the kitchen and general problem solving so your flexibility will be key.

  • 40 hours per week

  • Working pattern: 5 days over 7. Earliest start 7am & latest finish 19:30. Some hospitality events (not regular) will finish later.
