Centenary Coordinator

The National Library of Scotland turns 100 in 2025 and our plans are shaping up nicely for an exciting year-long programme of events, exhibitions and media activity. The Centenary Coordinator is an essential role in supporting, planning and developing this programme, and making sure everything happens when it's supposed to happen. The post is fixed term until 31 March 2026.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised with a strong work ethic. Working alongside the Centenary Producer and Head of Media and External Relations, you will have a knowledge of and keen interest in Scotland's literature and culture scene, and a strong news sense. Your relationship skills will be impeccable - you will be able to communicate with people throughout the Library, as well as externally with key partner organisations, talent agencies and newsdesks.
