Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Communications Manager to join our team at C&C. As a Change Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing internal communications related to the company's transformational objectives and changes within the organisation. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to align communication priorities across various business leads. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Communication to develop and implement a comprehensive narrative.
Key Accountabilities
+ Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey transformational objectives and changes within the organisation.
+ Manage internal communications channels to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to employees.
+ Collaborate with business leads to align communication priorities and ensure consistency in messaging across departments.
+ Work closely with the Head of Communication to develop a compelling narrative for the company's transformation journey.
+ Create engaging content, including presentations, newsletters, emails, digital assets and intranet updates, to keep employees informed and engaged.
+ Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication matters related to transformation initiatives.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

+ Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
+ Experience managing communication channels such as intranet, email, and digital signage.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools and platforms.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
+ Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic business environment.
