Full Job Description

This role is key to the success of the implementation of this new system and will support the Programme Manager in the effective deployment of the future end-to-end solution for Star Pubs by managing all change, communication and capability-building aspects.,

  • Change Leadership & Strategy - Develop and lead the change management strategy to support the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with STAR Pubs goals and minimising business disruption.
  • Communication & Engagement - Develop a comprehensive communication strategy alongside Corporate Affairs to ensure consistent, clear and timely messaging on the ERP implementation. Create communication materials, such as newsletters, emails, presentations, and FAQs, to keep all employees informed (both STAR Pubs and HEINEKEN).
  • Business Readiness - Work with the business to build a resourcing plan to ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time.
  • Capability and Support - Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure training programs align with the change management strategy and manage the creation of training schedules to ensure training is completed in line with programme timelines.
  • Solution Design - Build a solid understanding of to-be solution design and associated change impacts, working closely with solution consultants., There'll be plenty of support for colleagues during the transition to the new location, so stay tuned, and once you're onboard you'll have access to a SharePoint site with further details.

  • Transformation/Change Management background of at least 3 years, preferably within an ERP implementation of a large-scale project
  • Experience of Agile and Adkar methodologies
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and the challenges associated with their implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes
  • Problem-solving - Ability to anticipate and manage substantial ambiguity and proactively manage solutions.
  • Interpersonal skills - Indirect leadership of a mix of virtual team and office-based teams with the ability to forge strong relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ideally experience of working within our industry.
  • Certification in change management is highly desirable.

    Salary: Circa £65,000 base depending on experience + annual performance bonus + Flexible benefits (15% of base salary can be taken as cash, benefits, or a mix of both) plus full benefits listed below. Our ways of working Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You'll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although but you're more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too. We're currently gearing up for an exciting move! In 2025, we'll be relocating from our current location at Broadway Park (on the outskirts of Edinburgh) to a modern, flexible working space in the heart of the city centre. The move to our new home at 6 St Andrew Square is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025, subject to detailed planning and relevant approvals. The site will have great transport links and will be just a five-minute walk from Waverley station.
