Full Job Description

Eden Scott's client is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Investment Operations Implementation team based in Edinburgh. This role will support the Operations Transition and Change Manager, ensuring that change activities within the EMEA operations team are effectively coordinated, prioritised, scheduled, and managed. The role is Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home The role is until June 2026 and a retention bonus will be paid at the end of June 2026 when the project is delivered

As part of a dynamic team reporting into the Head of Global Investment Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing three key streams of change: Operations-specific initiatives, enterprise-wide change led by the PMO, and managing our change program with our outsourced Middle Office service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured change management process and tools to support project and initiative adoption.
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of change communications.
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, business units, and external suppliers to gather and translate business requirements.
  • Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed test plans and execute test scenarios.
  • Manage the change log, updating priorities, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Review defects, coordinate resolutions, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support user acceptance testing and business acceptance processes.

Required Capabilities:

  • Experience in funds management is highly desirable.
  • Proven Change Manager or Business Analyst experience across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong data/business analysis and documentation skills.
  • Integration (SIT) and UAT experience are essential.
  • Prior responsibility for delivering a change program.
  • Experience with Charles River and Aladdin is an advantage.
