What you'll do :

Channel Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to drive growth in Relationship Management by identifying and prioritising opportunities aligned to our business objectives.

  • Own the planning, strategic development, and delivery of channel initiatives to drive and enhance client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor and analyse key market trends, competitive landscape, and internal and external customer needs to inform channel growth, including acting on client feedback and insights to enhance channel offerings and improve overall client satisfaction.


  • OD Design and Cost Management
  • Design and optimise organisational structures and processes to support effective channel development.

  • Foster collaboration with team members to build and implement organizational changes that align with Group strategies to grow sector and channel opportunities.

  • Effectively manage costs and headcount to promote cost efficiency, while also exploring ways to simplify processes and provide support to various team functions.


  • Collaborating with External Partners and Parties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry and sector-specific third-party organisations.

  • Collaborate with partners to leverage resources, drive innovation, and expand market reach.

  • Support the team in achieving key priorities, which are focused on professionalizing the channel, supporting clients, and creating RM capacity.

    Experience of implementing strategic change working with cross-functional partners and the capability to build out a new telephony team.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in portfolio modelling, cost management, and organizational design.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.

  • Knowledge of the clients and propositions within the commercial banking sector supporting Business Banking through to Mid Corporate-sized clients.

  • Ability to create impactful presentations, investment cases, and propositions to effectively engage individuals at all levels.
