Plus £1,349 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata

Medical ward 2 is a 22 bedded general medical ward comprising of acute adult medicine and stroke, Erisort ward is a 16 bedded ward staffed by M2 when required for covid surge capacity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic charge nurse who will have:

*   The ability to demonstrate clinical excellence in nursing practice.

*   The ability to facilitate and manage change within the clinical environment.

*   Commitment to the delivery of evidence-based care.

*   Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a flexible team orientated approach.

*   Provide nursing leadership and expertise and contribute to the education, training and support of fellow health professionals.

*   Provide clinical and operational support to the SCN.

This post will require Day/Night Rotation.
