Chartered Surveyor

As our Chartered Surveyor - Rural Practice, you will work as part of a small team to deliver reports and professional advice on property matters. You will safeguard the Duchy's property interests including dealing with boundary disputes and other land registration matters across the Duchy's diverse portfolio comprising residential, commercial, agricultural and development land together with our minerals and marine estates.

You will have extensive experience in both land agency and commercial property matters and in-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant matters particularly in relation to rural, commercial and residential matters.
